These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cici4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cici4d website located at https://cici4d.lat and all related services, games, features, and functionalities offered therein.

cici4d is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live casino tables, lottery, and related gaming services. The platform is operated and maintained with the primary intent of serving Malaysian users aged 21 years and above, including but not limited to players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across Malaysia.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any portion of the cici4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False registration data may result in immediate Account closure and the voiding of any pending withdrawals or bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion Status: Individuals who have voluntarily requested self-exclusion from gambling platforms are not permitted to create or maintain an Account with cici4d.

To access real-money gaming services on the cici4d Platform, a Player must complete the registration process by providing a valid username, password, email address, date of birth, and any additional information reasonably requested during onboarding.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. cici4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to protect their login information.

• You must notify cici4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your Account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• cici4d reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that shows signs of unauthorised access, suspicious betting patterns, or attempted fraud.
• All Account activity carried out using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified cici4d of a security breach.

cici4d accepts deposits through a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on technical or operational factors at any given time.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cici4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. cici4d is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's internal processing times.
• cici4d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in cases where deposit volumes trigger internal compliance thresholds.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds subject to the conditions outlined in this section. cici4d aims to process e-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay within 5 to 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's internal processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments that have been used for a prior deposit or that have been successfully verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• A Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal will be authorised. Verification documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and a selfie.

cici4d offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bonuses are valid for one use per Player, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in each offer (ranging from 1x to 35x depending on the bonus tier selected).
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• cici4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of Players who have already accepted an active offer in good faith.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their Account suspended.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash equivalents, or gifted to another Player.

All games and betting markets available on the cici4d Platform operate under their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules prior to placing wagers.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently verified for fairness and randomness.
• Stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds and are not indicative of results in any individual session.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body or sports organisation. In the event of a dispute, cici4d's decision shall be final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cici4d Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering using false or borrowed identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker-style environments to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to cici4d support.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's backend systems, databases, or security mechanisms.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening cici4d staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.

cici4d reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

All content available on the cici4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, written content, software code, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of cici4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of cici4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cici4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any service offered therein.
• Loss of gambling winnings due to technical errors, service interruptions, or Force Majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX-connected banks, or cryptocurrency networks.
• Decisions made by regulatory or governmental authorities that affect the operation or availability of the Platform.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting cici4d support. In the event of Account closure initiated by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and settlement of any active wagering obligations.

cici4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. cici4d's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account standing shall be final and binding in the absence of clear evidence of platform error.

For disputes relating to individual game outcomes, Players are invited to submit a formal complaint to cici4d's support team at [email protected], including relevant transaction IDs and a description of the issue, within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event.
